Metal Powder Coating
The powder coating process involves cleaning the metal or aluminium surface of dust, oil, grease, or any other foreign particles, and then drying the workpiece in a water-dried oven. To get smooth, durable and hard coatings which are usually 60-80 microns thick, dry powder is sprayed through electrostatic spray guns on the workpiece and cured at 180-200 degrees Celsius in curing ovens.
Over time, this coating process became increasingly popular compared to conventional painting because it is more efficient, durable, long-lasting, and strong.
